Annual Board Meeting

October 19, 2021 @ 7:00 pm
Mason District Governmental Center
6507 Columbia Pike
VA 22003

The 2021 Annual Meeting of Lafayette Village Community Association will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at 7:00pm.  The meeting will be held at both 7865 Newport Glen Pass and via Webex teleconference, due to the pandemic.  There is extremely limited seating at 7865 Newport Glen Pass and masks are required, so we recommend that owners interested in attending the Annual Meeting, do so via Webex.  The invitation for the Webex teleconference, plus the 2022 Association Budget and other materials related to the Annual Meeting, will be mailed to all homeowners later in September.

Both Homeowners attending the LVCA Annual Meeting/teleconference and those who submit a Proxy Form, will be entered into a raffle to win a “door prize” of one quarter Association’s dues payment.

Please submit your proxy form to Dale Edwards by Friday, October 15th.  Every homeowner who submits a proxy form by Friday, October 15th is eligible for the drawing to win the door prize of one quarter Association’s dues payment.  Also, your proxy will help enable the Board to reach the necessary quorum for conducting business.

Please be sure to complete the attached proxy and return it in one of the following ways:

You can email your proxy to Dale Edwards at:

You can mail it through the postal service to:

This year we have two Board positions up for election.  Donna Jacobson, who is currently serving on the Board, will be running for re-election this year.  Adrian Sobie, who has been an active resident of Lafayette Village for four years and the Committee Chair for the Neighborhood Watch Committee for two years, will be running for the second Board position.  Also, if you choose, you can nominate another Association member whom you would like to see run for the Board.

So, please complete the attached proxy as soon as possible and send it to Dale Edwards, so that you can be entered in the raffle to win the door prize.

Thank You,
Donna Jacobson, President
